• Lightweight -- Wristband is made from comfortable, breathable, and anti-microbial nylon; and the ID plate is made from sturdy PVC.

• Editable - Your data can only be edited by you. This can be done any time, any where - with the NexHUB app.

• Privacy Option -- Backside of each ID can be exposed instead of your QR code ID to protect from unwanted scanning.

• Removable -- ID plate can be easily removed and replaced, every customer receives 3 additional unique ID Plates (each provided ID is different). These can be easily swapped out to replace the current ID in case of breakage or a breach of privacy.

NexHUB App Required

Our companion mobile app, NexHUB, is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. It is required for the basic functionality of this product. If you’re unwilling or unable to download the NexHUB app, this is unfortunately, not the product for you.

Once you've received your NexID wristband, your next step is to download and register for the NexHUB app. This is where you enter the information to be displayed on your wristband. For your convenience we've linked a helpful instructional video in your order confirmation email. If you can't find it please let us know and we can resend you the link, or our customer support staff could provide personal assistance instead.

Our App Subscription - A Pricing Model That Is Fair

To access the NexHUB app, there is a $2.50 monthly subscription. Every user gets their first 30 days free.

Even though it’s the price of a coffee from Tims, it adds up; and we know that the NexID is a lifetime purchase for most of our customers. Hosting and securing health information is expensive, but our goal since the beginning has always been to deliver an affordable medical ID.

To offset some of our costs, while still offering a fair price; we've decided to not delete user data if you’ve unsubscribed. This means that any new users can take advantage of the 30 day trial, enter all information, and unsubscribe; doing this makes the app essentially free while meeting most people's needs.
